An Urgent Message from
Bishop Strickland

Strickland.jpg
"I cannot remain silent. The Church I love is being dismantled – not by her enemies outside, but by those within her walls who exchange the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the approval of the world. The faithful deserve clarity, not confusion. "

I Will Give You All You Need

ALL THAT HAPPENS
IS IN MY HANDS

Excerpt from the Message of Sept. 2, 2025
"He Is Not Mine"
God the Father speaks:

Be at Peace.  Without fear.

He who trusts in Me, who abandons himself with humility to My Will, will NEVER be forsaken.

You are My children, your existence is a result of MY LOVE.  I have willed, children, that you exist, in order to pour My Love into you, that you may live with Me for all eternity.

How much I love you.

Your Father keeps watch over each one of you.

Your Father brings His Plan to fulfillment and to Victory.

Your Father prepares His army; He trains and strengthens it.

Your Father will give you all that you need, when you need it, and how you need it.

TRUST IN ME.  You shall not be disappointed.

Yes, children, these HOURS are horrendous.  They are grievous in extreme.  Crushing in body, soul, and spirit.

But it is MY HOUR.  And all that takes place in it is in MY Hands, it is in MY Will, it is in MY Permission.

Do not be afraid.  Remain with Me.

THE MIRAGE OF MERCY
A Reflection on "Dilexi Te"
f70f0b6c-fece-496a-b58f-d1afd16931f0.png

"...The Church’s first mission has never changed: it is to save souls. Out of that mission flows everything else – schools, hospitals, shelters, food for the hungry. But if saving souls is forgotten, those works collapse into mere service projects. We heal bodies because Christ first heals souls; we feed the hungry because the Bread of Life still feeds us. Remove that order, and mercy becomes noise without meaning."

Mission Prepares for
New Maintenance Building

In 2012 a crowd of people gathered after Mass to witness Father John Mary bless the Padre Pio Workshop, MDM's first maintenance building: basically a double car garage with a small extension. It was located next to Dave Sommers' house, who functioned as our one-man operations crew.

In the thirteen years since, the Mission has added on the O'Callaghan Center, Tepeyac Hill with its three structures, the men's houses, the Sisters' new house, a public water system, multiple golf carts, riding mowers, and another 100+ acres of land. The operations crew grew by two men: Raul Landa and Steve Magdich. Maintaining all of our buildings, keeping the grounds safe and attractive, AND housing all the equipment needed for this work  has stretched our little Padre Pio Workshop (not to mention our crew) beyond its limits.

Last week after much prayer, planning and delay, ground was broken on a new maintenance building in the old playing field. It is designed to meet our current needs and the initial growth indicated by the Messages.

We will keep you up to date on our progress over the upcoming months. And if you feel moved to make a donation toward the new maintenance building---well, we will be grateful.

BLESSING DATE OF MEMORIAL BRICKS MUST BE CHANGED

We just received news that the company who manufactures our Memorial Bricks is having supply problems. They will not be able to ship our latest order until October 29, at the earliest. This means that the Memorials will not arrive by the Feast of Holy Souls, November 2.  For this reason, we will postpone the blessing of the new Memorials until later in November.  We will announce the new date as soon as possible.  We know this may be disappointing but remember God the Father says all is in His Hands.

A NETWORK OF TRUST

"This is what MDM is called to be: a growing communion of trust in His Mercy for our needy world." ~ Fr. John Mary

MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You"  ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a comment or testimony. We ask that prayer intentions be placed at Prayer Request on our website.

I believe your prophecies are correct. I have been dismayed by Bergoglio’s words and actions as “pope”. I was watching when they had the idol worship in the Vatican gardens and jumped up yelling that’s idol worship! I did not have a good feeling before this and watched what he did closely. Let me share what happened to me the day he was elected. I was driving doing errands listening to my radio waiting to hear if we had a pope. As his name was read I was overcome with a big wave of sadness and started to sob! I had to pull into a parking lot as it was hard to drive. I said to myself you don’t even know this man so the Lord is letting me know it wasn’t good. So I studied and watched. That was the turning point to me This was not good. I agree with your prophetic words. God Bless all of you, Charlotte

I love you and your mission, Father John Mary, Sister Amapola, and ALL who serve MDM. Your truth, humility, and sincerity shine beautifully in this ever darkening world. Be at peace and know that you are loved. Abba only shares His Royal Gold with His most special children. You were called; you answered in the affirmative; you are His most special children and He blesses you with sufferings and with joy; you are His light to the world. Thank you, Steve🙏🕊️☺️❤️

I am 72 years old. I grew up with the idea of a controlling GOD. My conversion started from the moment I had my personal Encounter with Christ in 1980 when he called me to live a Cursillo in Christianity. Today, despite different difficult situations that I have had to face, I can say 20 times: Jesus, I trust in You!~Marrirosa

My humble prayers with Father Juan María and the Divine Mercy Community. Recalling the words of His Holiness Benedict XVI: "Do not be afraid of the world, nor of the future, nor of your weakness. The Lord has granted you to live in this moment of history, so that, thanks to your faith, his name may continue to resound throughout the earth." Surely, the Holy Trinity and Our Heavenly Mother know of your perfect abandonment to His Will, hence the strength of hope, which is faith and trust.~Pilar

My escort onto the Mission property asked me how did I hear about the Mission? And how did you come to visit? I explained how my intention was to attend a religious conference in Fredericksburg, TX and as a side trip, I would try to visit the grounds of the Mission of Divine Mercy. So, I booked a flight from Florida and arranged hotel stays in the area. When I arrived, I was left to myself to pray in St. Joseph's Chapel. Once I kneeled down, I was given an interior locution from God The Father saying, ‘I have called you here.’ This was in contradiction to my explanation of how I came of my own will. From my knees, I looked up and saw the Blessed Family on display behind the altar. This moved me to tears. As I bowed my head and closed my eyes seeking deeper prayer, I saw the Blessed Mother in my mind’s eye come out of the Our Lady of Guadalupe portrait by the altar. I did not see Her with detail but was able to hear Her give me an interior locution saying, ‘You are no longer My warrior in waiting.’ I continued to pray the rosary. The next day, at the Release of the Holy Spirit Retreat in Fredericksburg, I noticed the retreat was sponsored by the Holy Family Apostolic Sanctuary Foundation. This helped me recall the tears I was given the previous day when I noticed the Holy Family on display behind the altar. My visit to the Mission was a wonderful start to the weekend retreat in Fredericksburg. ~Patrick

  Healing Through Obedience

October 12, 2025
Naaman is facing a terrible illness that he can’t overcome.  A simple act of obedience to God, speaking through His prophet, brings grace.

Thank you for considering making a donation in support of  MDM. Your donations go directly to the Mission of Divine Mercy Inc. which as of March 2024, is considered "not an approved Catholic apostolate of the Archdiocese of San Antonio." The Mission has no regular source of income.  Every bit of support comes from people like you; people who God introduces to the Mission.  We try to steward your money wisely and make each dollar work hard for Him and for His people.
