HOLES: A Puppet Anthology Accepted into the Tokyo International Short Film Festival.
We are stoked to have our film accepted into this festival. This project happened early in the pandemic, when we needed to rock, but couldn't do it in person. BYEWs to everyone who helped make this film happen. It will be screened online from February 4th-8th.
Big Volunteer Meeting
February 10th, 3pm at HQ/3304 Greenmount Ave
Want to volunteer for our next rock opera? Join us at the Big Volunteer Meeting to find out how to get involved with A Computer That Loves.
This show has a ton of cool projects that you can get involved with- make creatures including rats and a giant computer that loves (more later on why we shouldn't be doing that), create time traveling sets, build some oversized cheese and retro futuristic smartphone props, sew costumes for aliens, scientists, a wasteland captain, and retro future reporter, and the effervescent blue dancers. We will also have info about gore, WHAM (wigs hair and makeup), stage crew, front of house, and tech.
All experience levels are welcome. Similarly, all levels of time commitment are welcome. Even if you only have a few hours to contribute, we want you to be involved.
The meeting will also be livestreamed and a recording will be available to watch, for anyone who can't join us in person.
