NSEN News & Updates

  • We had a busy year with a variety of educational webinars and you can check them out by visiting our website: https://www.nsenvironmentalnetwork.com/events-webinars

  • We launched the NSEN Volunteer Hub in 2021. Our goal is to see this new tool become a powerful one-stop-shop that benefits environmental initiatives in every corner of the province. Your participation can help make that happen!

All NSEN member organizations can post their volunteer positions on the Volunteer Hub, where our network of volunteers can view and apply for opportunities that fit their interests.

Nova Scotia Nature Trust (NSEN Member)

“When we launched Twice the Wild last year, we set out to raise $4 million that would unlock four times that amount in matching funds.

We are proud to share truly exciting news: Thanks to the support that all of you have shown in so many ways, we have now hit that target! That means that we have unlocked all of the matching funds that are available from our generous partners at this time, for a total of $20 million to save nature across Nova Scotia. This is an incredible achievement, and we are so grateful to you for making it possible to reach this milestone in just over one year..."
