Join us this Giving Tuesday!
December 2nd |
One Bistro believes a shared meal has the power to bring people together and strengthen our entire community. As a "community-owned café," our mission is simple but powerful: to provide a place where our neighbors eat and come together as one community.
This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to partner with us in creating a table where everyone belongs. Your generosity helps ensure that every person—regardless of their ability to pay—can enjoy a warm, nourishing meal served with dignity and love.
There are many meaningful ways to take part: ✨Pay it Forward with a gift that covers someone else’s meal. ✨Volunteer your time in the café—your helping hands make a real difference. ✨Sponsor a Table or Community Meal and directly support neighbors in need. ✨Purchase Tokens to share the mission with friends, family, or anyone who could use a little kindness.
Together, we can continue building a stronger, more connected community—one meal at a time. Thank you for supporting One Bistro this Giving Tuesday! |

💚 Our Volunteers: David's Story 💚 |
God blesses One Bistro Xenia with volunteers who come to serve with us in all manner of ways! David was a licensed physician working in the medical field, when he suffered a mental health crisis, was arrested, and his life fell apart. He returned to Ohio to be near family support. Needing to complete community service hours, he met with One Bistro's manager, Margie, and instantly felt accepted and welcomed. The opportunity to serve his community gave David the sense of belonging and purpose he was looking for. He loves being part of a team and knowing that he is making a difference through even just the small interactions of helping someone enjoy a meal. "I am thankful people have shared with me, and to be able to turn around and share back with others." Although David has completed his community service hours, he still continues to volunteer with us regularly!

"This is our new favorite eatery. Yummy, generous portions. Great prices. Feel good dining here. We spent total, $15 per person. However, because there is no tipping here, what we would've spent on the usual 20% tip was instead a donation to One Bistro's mission to feed the community" ~ Ms. J |
We are so grateful for each of our Community Meal volunteer groups! Thank you for serving! 👏 |

Legacy Christian Academy: 5th Grade Class |
Our team received the sweetest encouragement notes and drawings from Legacy Christian Academy's 5th grade class. These students are so creative, clever and truly inspirational! These amazing kids, our future generation of community leaders, provide so much motivation to continue our mission of providing a place where our neighbors eat and come together as one community!
