The Builders of Color Coalition (BCC), African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP-NE), and Minority Developers Association (MDA) will host a groundbreaking forum to discuss and analyze opportunities for ownership in commercial real estate ventures.
Given the growing standards of the real estate industry, new opportunities are rapidly emerging for individuals of color to participate as equity investors and joint venture partners in development projects of all scales. The Ownership Opportunities Forum will convene industry expertise to set effective frameworks for equitable, beneficial participation, and to prepare investors and developers to more readily engage as both general and limited partners.
This in-person event will feature presentations from national experts, and a panel discussion comprising middle-market and institutional investors and developers.
