Who We Are
Las Tejedoras is a northern New Mexico association of fiber artists that meets monthly (September-May) in Santa Fe. The Guild is a registered nonprofit corporation with the state of New Mexico and is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with the federal government.
Founded in 1972 with just twenty members, today we have over 100 members of all levels of experience and fiber art disciplines to include: weaving, spinning, dyeing, quilting, felting, knitting, crocheting, beading, rug making, embroidery, fabric painting, etc.
Our members’ creations reflect the rich fiber heritage of Santa Fe and northern New Mexico.
Membership is open to anyone who loves the fiber arts.
If you would like to meet other fiber artists and craftsmen, you are welcome to attend one of our meetings and see what we are all about.
