Our history

After witnessing firsthand the inefficiency of the high net worth insurance market, our founders decided to do something about it.

In 2006, Ross Buchmueller, Jeffrey Paraschac and Martin Hartley set out to create an insurance company designed to reduce the natural conflicts that exist between shareholders and policyholders and provide exceptional coverage, service and savings.

Our team is comprised of passionate and curious individuals with extensive experience across a wide variety of industries.

They bring unique specializations in operations, marketing, underwriting, risk management, human resources, member experience and service excellence. They come to work every day motivated to solve complex problems for our members.
